The Quad-Lock ICF System

Quad-Lock panels are an unmatched component of the Quad-Lock ICF System.

Expanded Polystyrene (EPS) has emerged as a top tier insulation, which is the material used for all Quad-Lock panels. EPS in addition to performing as a non-HBCD fire retardant, provides qualities that makes these panels impenetrable to time and moisture. EPS is inert and chemically stable and will not emit any gases into living areas.

Quad-Lock panels come in various thicknesses, 2 1/4", 3 1/8", 4", and 4 1/4". Panel height is 12" and length is 48". Combinations of these sizes can offer different R-value options, from R-22 - R-59, so you can determine which combination is best for your project.

Quad-Lock's unique customizable tie inserts are what makes the Quad-Lock system far superior to other ICF building systems. Choose different sizes of ties for varying aspects of your project. This allows for more choices in sizing and R-values of panels, as well as options in depth of concrete core. 

Corners and T Walls are a breeze to install with the Quad-Lock ICF corner brackets. Perfect 90 degree corners are easily attainable, and are structurally secure during concrete pours. Used in bay windows and other non-90 degree angles, Quad-Lock angle brackets are also available for customizable corners of any degree.

Unlike nearly all other ICF manufacturers, the standard panels are used in constructing corners and angles. This method of angle construction cuts back significantly on waste and extra cost.

One of the most beneficial aspects of the Quad-Lock ICF building system is their one of a kind track system with metal top ties.

Track is anchored directly to the footing of the structure, then the first row of Quad-Lock panels fit snugly into the track. This track provides unparalleled support and precision during the construction process and concrete pour.

At the top row, metal ties are placed and the track is used again to complete the top surface of the Quad-Lock ICF panels. The wire ties effectively hold the top horizontal rebar while the metal track provides ridged support as well as a smooth surface for a perfect concrete finish.
